Thank you for taking the time to read about me, my name is Joshua Balcos and I am a Senior level Designer and Creative Director.

I am a 10 year design veteran in multiple fields. I started my career in Print Design, progressed into Packaging Design, then Branding and Presentation design, and recently UI/UX Design with hints of Web Design, Photography, AI Generation and Branding. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Graphic Information Technology, and a sub focus of Design and Photography. I am passionate about design, and tend to keep a minimalistic style.

My experience with remote work has been fantastic. For 6 years I have been working in a remote setting with clients in Europe, Australia, and the United States seamlessly. It works well for me in time management and flexibility of working hours allowing projects to get completed on time and on budget 99% of the time. I do notice though that sometimes there are issues with getting in immediate contact in a frantic last minute situation, but that is minor and has only happened a handful of times.
